Feedback
Let visitors submit and upvote ideas on your public portal.
The Feedback module adds a public board to your portal where visitors can post ideas and upvote existing ones.
Enabling Feedback
Open your portal settings and toggle Feedback on. It becomes a tab on your public portal immediately.
Moderating Posts
From Portal > Admin > Feedback, you can:
- Pin or unpin posts
- Change a post's status (open, in review, planned, done, closed)
- Link a post to a changelog entry to close the loop with the submitter
- Delete posts that violate your guidelines
Responding to Posts
Leave a reply directly on any feedback post. Replies are visible to all portal visitors.
Admins and Moderators (Team plan) can moderate and respond to posts. On Free and Pro, only the portal owner can.
