The Mindmap
Brainstorm on an open canvas, then turn ideas into a roadmap.
The mindmap is where a plan starts. Drop loose ideas onto an open canvas, connect the ones that relate, and promote the keepers into real roadmap items.
Add ideas
Double-click anywhere on the canvas to create a node. Type a label and press Enter. Add as many as you like — nothing here is permanent, and you can rename or delete a node at any time.
Connect ideas
Drag one node onto another to link them. Connections are how structure emerges: parent ideas gather their supporting details, and the shape of your plan becomes visible as you go.
Promote to your roadmap
When an idea is ready to become real work, right-click the node and choose Add to roadmap. It becomes a roadmap item with a status, due date, and details — and stays linked to its node so edits stay in sync.

Use the Mindmap / Roadmap tabs at the top of a roadmap to move between brainstorming and planning. The mindmap is the thinking space; the roadmap is the plan you share.
